Gathering of Filipino Expats(Semiconductor), together with families spending their summer vacation here in Malaysia, from STMicroelectronics, Infenion Technologies Melaka and On Semiconductor Seremban.
We held a Boodle Fight themed dinner and interactive games,where even kids have participated, brains were used to answer challenging questions and physical strengths have been put to test.
The next day, Beach Volleyball was the main activity.
Commending all the individuals who came up with this gathering, for planning all the games and food preparations, it was indeed made to be a great summer outing.
For this year, we decided to spend our summer outing at Gunung Ledang.
Great thanks to Dennis's parents for preparing all our food. Felt like we're kids again with our parents with us. Lucky us ^.^
Gunung Ledang(Malay name), known as Mount Ophir, is a mountain situated in Tangkak District, Johor, Malaysia, and is also the 64th highest mountain in Malaysia.
Climbing the mountain requires a permit from the Ranger's Office and is also required to hire a tour guide.
But for this trip, we opted to visit Puteri Waterfalls, situated at the the foothills of Mount Ophir.
A few meters away from the entrance gate.↓↓
Upon arriving, visitors are required to pay 2RM per vehicle and 1RM per person.

We're the first batch of the group to arrive at the place, others will arrive after their biking event. Bringing all the foods and stuffs we needed on the site.

We trekked for about 30 minutes. Had several pit stops for snacks/drinks. Walking through the rocky and slippery manmade pathways was not our major problem, it's the foods and cook wares that we have to carry along hehehe.. On the way, you'll hear birds chirping/singing with the calming sound of water running through the falls. So,relaxing ^.^
Along the trail, you'll see big rocks and trees, and several concrete shades for visitors convenience. Garbage bins are also provided to maintain cleanliness.
After taking the high concrete stairs , you'll reach Puteri Falls!!

And we decided to climb the most top waterfalls ^.^ ⍗⍗
And all our hard work has finally paid off! Reaching the top. Playing in the waterfalls. Conquering the icy cold water. And laughters were shared. Others got a back massage with the strong current of the waterfalls ^.^
And here we are, when the rest of the group arrived.
Time for our selfie together. ❤❤
Spent the whole afternoon swimming and eating again when hungry. Around 5 PM we decided to go back home. After packing all the stuffs, we trekked again going down to the parking area. They have several decent comfort rooms/toilets for 1RM/person , where you can bathe and change clothes. After changing we hit the road going to Muar.
